These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Xpenz / Xpenznet (the “App”), the website at xpenz.net, and related materials operated by Nimbus Blue LLC (“Nimbus Blue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App or visiting xpenz.net, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The product
Xpenz / Xpenznet is a mobile receipt and expense tracker. Expense and receipt data are processed and stored on your device. The App has no user accounts and no cloud storage of your spending history on our servers. The marketing site at xpenz.net describes the product and provides support and legal pages; it is not a login portal for your expenses.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (and at least 16 where our Privacy Policy says the App is not intended for younger users). Do not use the App if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the receipts and data you store on your device, for keeping your device secure, and for any exports you create. Do not use the App or site to violate law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt our services.
Disclaimers
The App and site are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. On-device AI extraction can be wrong; always review amounts, merchants, and dates. Nothing in the App is tax, legal, or financial advice. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the App or site, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Nimbus Blue / XPENZNET respects intellectual property. If you believe material on xpenz.net, in the Xpenz / Xpenznet app distribution, or related Nimbus Blue services infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. ยง512) to our designated agent:
